Day 1

Upon Arrival: Seasonal fruit platter and welcome drinks
Sunset: Smoked salmon served on sourdough bread with philly cheese, brie, artisan crackers and dip
Dinner: Specially marinated chicken barbecued to perfection, served with a side of fresh greek salad, accompanied by roasted potatoes in a tuscan seasoning, buttered corn on the cob and garlic bread
Dessert: Cheesecake served with berries and cream

Day 2

Breakfast: Pancakes with lemon, sugar, maple syrup and nutella, fresh fruit salad, tea, coffee and juice, an assortment of muesli and cereals
Lunch: Platter of sliced meats on a bed of lettuce, ham and roast beef or sliced chicken or turkey breast, tuna pasta salad, coleslaw, 4 bean salad and fresh garden salad with beetroot, sliced tomatoes, cheese, cucumber and onion with artisan bread rolls
Sunset: Homemade nachos
Dinner: Porterhouse steak stacked on a sweet potato mash with steamed vegetables, served with a mushroom sauce - accompanied by a side of freshly warmed dinner rolls
Dessert: Decadent chocolate mud cake served with fresh cream.

Day 3

Breakfast: Warm croissants with strawberry jam, apricot jam, marmalade and nutella, fresh fruit salad, tea, coffee and juice, an assortment of muesli and cereals
Farewell snacks: Fresh fruit and savory cheese platter, including sliced kabano, salami, camembert, olives, gherkins, sliced carrot and celery, rice and water crackers
